Had a great stay here. We had a pool access room. The shower is awesome. Great water pressure and always kept the right temp non of that hot and cold on and off. Location of the hotel was great, not super busy traffic wise and easy to cross the road. Close to Otop, walking distance to the beach and easy to catch taxi out the front. Buffet breakfast was the best I have seen so far. Staff were friendly. The only downside was no smoking anywhere apart from a little shelter out the front to the left..

Stayed Nov 2024. Booked 3 premier waterfront rooms for small group and no regrets what so ever. Second time booking this place and will continue to stay here for future trips to Phuket. It’s the best location and value for money if you’re wanting pool access rooms. Nice relaxing atmosphere and pleasant staff. Generous buffet breakfast and everything located short walking distance from the property. Couldn’t ask for much more!

Our favourite place to stay 🫶🏽 Service is great and the staff are lovely. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of cuisine to suit everyone. The pool is clean and the rooms are really clean. We love coming back here

Our stay in this hotel was very peaceful and pleasant. It was my birthday at this time and the hotel surprised me by bringing a birthday cake to my room. Nancy was very kind and polite and helped me a lot and I thank her very much. The pool area was beautiful and attractive. The room had all the facilities, only there were no slippers. Cleaning was done every day and whenever it was needed. Everything was good.

Top value for excellent accommodation. I booked this hotel and after reading the reviews I was thinking of canceling but did not for which I am glad the hotel turned out to be a good choice the staff [which had some very negative reviews] were very friendly and helpful and not as some had said were rude.
The room that we had was a pool access room which was very comfortable and clean it is right next to Otop Market and very quiet. A short walk to the southern end of the Patong beach.
My only problem was the breakfast [eggs and bacon] were not hot but when asked they would cook me eggs to my liking and reheat the bacon which actually cooked it more to the way I like it.
As i have said it is right next to Otop with its bars and eating places and about a 20min walk to Bangla Rd.
If you are thinking of coming to Phuket I do not think that you can go far wrong booking this hotel I strongly recommend it if you want a quiet place to stay but not too far away from everything.

Fabulous The best service at this hotel , nothing is a problem . Hotel is well kept and clean . Lots of sun beds the only downside is they don’t walk around and take orders at the pool . The pool is lovely and big , rooms modern and clean , beds comfy but the pillows were to high and firm for us but they changed them with our a problem . Nice location 1 street back form beach and easy walking distance to Bangla road . Otop markets is next door and has plenty of food options and money exchange . You do get the noise from the bars at the Otop market at night you hear the thumping of music but that doesn’t bother us , we were on that side of the hotel room 414 , if you don’t like noise then I recommend requesting the other side away from the Otop .
Breakfast was next level I’ve never seen such a selection of food .

Fantastic Hotel Well where do i start what a great hotel ,I could not fault this hotel it is well located 1 road behind the beach road which only takes 10 mins max to walk max ,the hotel is well run by great staff who just want to help and make your stay enjoyable and i must mention Nancy on reception she was so helpful and also the security guard he was great and always saluted when we passed him and very professional and good at his job ,the breakfast was so good and catered for everyone with great selection ,the pool was excellent ,the spa is well worth a visit and excellent as well ,great rooms and very comfortable all in all what a great hotel and we will be returning next year Well done Deevana Plaza thank you for making our holiday very enjoyable

Well here we go again 2nd visit to this hotel too much to say about this hotel Great Hotel Great Location Great Breakfast Great Staff and as per last year 2 staff members stood out year Nancy again and Patty both could not do enough for you so professional and competent in every way and so friendly The Orientala Spa is great also and well worth a visit ,the hotel rooms are comfortable and well presented ,we enjoyed so much and will be back next year Well Done Deevana Plaza

Amazing hotel The hotel was amazing and excellent service. The location of the hotel quite perfect, close to the beach and also center area. The hotel also has very nice pool. Breakfast was exceptional and varieties. Staffs at the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were very nice and provided excellent service.

Hotel placed in nice position at resoanable distance from jongcylon market,bech and bangla road.less than 20 min by walk each of them.there is big swimming pool at middle of the building.
