DEEVANA PLAZA Krabi Aonang, under Deevana Hotels and Resorts Co., Ltd., has been operating since 2011. Nowadays, we have observed that Thailand & globe’s major problem facing are the environment, specifically global warming which is causing the average global temperature rising at a rate of approximately 0.2 degrees Celsius per decade (or an average increase of about 0.02 degrees Celsius annually).
The company sees that WE, the hotel and all employees are an important part and have a duty to help each other in continuous and sustainable management. We ready to strive and operate the hotel according to the principles of sustainable development, taking into account balance in every dimension, whether the environmental, social, economic and governance aspects. These are to create value for customers, communities, partners and all stakeholders or even the employees themselves and we are ready to support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations, therefore we have established a short-term, medium-term and long-term sustainability management operational planning, integrating it with the organization’s business plan to create sustainable growth and reduce environmental as well as social impacts for maximum efficiency and benefit according to ESG and SDGs principles. This is including raising the standards of green hotel and sustainable meeting venues as follows:
Miyawaki Ecological Reforestation Project
24,000 saplings of various local species were planted on the over 5 rai on the hillside at Ban Huai To, Krabi on June 12th, 2026. DEEVANA PLAZA Krabi Aonang participated in the 31st Miyawaki Ecological Reforestation Project which organized by the Forest Resource Management Office 12, Krabi Branch.
Miyawaki Reforestation; Miyawaki Method is an ecological reforestation method that simulates a natural forest by planting dozens of local tree species densely together (3-4 trees per square meter). This causes the trees to compete and grow rapidly, resulting in a complete forest within just 3-5 years.
Big Cleaning Day – August 2026

That should begin with the everybody cooperation, especially WE!, DEEVANA PLAZA Krabi Aonang has always participating with the local community, contributing to society, and fostering a sense of social and community responsibility in the Local Development Volunteer Project together with Ao Nang Subdistrict Administrative Organization under “Big Cleaning Day” monthly activity, at Aonang Al-Munawwarah Mosque and surrounding areas.
Future Talk, English Walk
DEEVANA PLAZA Krabi Aonang with the seminar “Future Talk, English Walk” pleased to welcome and present the guidance, hotel product knowledge and a positive attitude towards the hotel service business which is aligning with the English language curriculum to high school students in the Foreign Languages learning group from Lamthap Prachanukroh School, Krabi. In addition to perform the hotel inspection for their experience and open up their perspective in the real place apart from their normal classroom.
